3. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility, cancellation requests, and payment obligations are governed by the refund policy disclosed at checkout. Enrollment does not automatically guarantee a refund.

All course materials, recordings, worksheets, and resources belong to Execution Academy. Sharing, reproducing, reselling, or distributing these materials without written permission is prohibited.

5. Community Conduct

Members are expected to maintain a respectful learning environment. Harassment, misconduct, unauthorized promotions, or violations of community guidelines may result in removal from the program or community.

6. Program Access

Execution Academy reserves the right to update course materials, schedules, and program features when necessary. Any access duration or limitations will be communicated during enrollment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Execution Academy is not responsible for financial losses, trading decisions, or individual outcomes resulting from participation in its programs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
